- Work, Rest or Play? – exploring Work Life Balance for teams and managers to achieve that elusive goal of enabling your team to deliver more and feel better about work
- Can’t Coach! Won’t Coach! – the chance for individual leaders to refresh their approach to managing their team in some of the more difficult situations that leaders encounter through the exploration of coaching
- To Finance Director and Beyond – a workshop for finance leaders to identify how and where they need to develop to become a capable Finance Director and what it might take to move beyond the FD role
- Is Budgeting Dead? – understanding the qualities of great financial planning, and identifying the remedial steps to improve your own financial planning processes
Course content can be tailored to the needs of delegates, and courses will be run in London, Milton Keynes or Birmingham. Prices vary from £250 per delegate to £750 per delegate (exclusive of VAT).
